USE OF THE FOREGOING DOES NOT IMPLY ANY AFFILIATION WITH OR ENDORSEMENT MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

Access the Services or any website, server, software application, or other computer resource owned, used and/or licensed by Company, by means of any robot, spider, scraper, crawler or other automated means for any purpose, or bypass any measures Company may use to prevent or restrict access to any website, server, software application, or other computer resource owned, used and/or licensed to Company;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services;
Harvest or collect the email addresses or other contact information of other Users;
Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection and privacy.
Mantle reserves the right to change, modify, or otherwise impose usage limits to your Mantle Gems Balance at any time, in its sole discretion.
Mantle Gems Balance do not constitute a personal property right and have no value outside the Services. If you are refunded for an item purchased using Mantle Gems Balance funds, Mantle will return the funds to your Mantle Gems Balance. Mantle Gems are non-transferable to another person and do not accrue interest.
Mantle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Mantle Gems Balance if after investigation Mantle determines in its sole discretion that you misused the Mantle Gems Balance, conducted unauthorized Mantle Gems Balance transactions from another user’s Mantle Gems Balance, or used the Mantle Gems Balance to conduct any fraudulent or other illegal activity. In the event that your Mantle Gems Balance is terminated or suspended in accordance with these Terms for reasons other than fraudulent or other illegal activity, Mantle will return your remaining Mantle Gems Balance less any charges, fees, or other amounts owed to Mantle. Otherwise, Mantle Gems Balances are not refundable and are not redeemable for money or monetary value from Mantle or any other person or entity. Mantle Gems Balances that are deemed unclaimed property may be surrendered to the applicable authority, as required by applicable law.
